Codes p0706 and p0707, diagnosis of bad transmission range sensor?

Vehicle will not crank. The starter and battery were replaced. I can jump the starter relay and start the vehicle; however, it will not crank when the key is turned to the start position. So, after checking codes I found p0706 and p0707, so I replaced the transmission range sensor but still no crank.

If you hold the crank command and move the shifter thought the gear range will the starter engage? If so the problem is a misalignment of the gear range sensor.

P0706 - Transmission Range Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance:

P0707 - Transmission Range Sensor "A" Circuit Low Input:

This is a wiring issue most likely or it can be the PCM is out. Here is a guide to help you test the connections and the starter wiring so you can see which wires to test and how the system works.
