Defrost seems to be blowing from under the dash

This sounds like we have a mode door issue.

Here is a guide that talks about this. It is slightly different, but the actuator is the same.

Your vehicle is slightly different in that you have a couple mode door actuators. One is for the defrost and the other is for the panel/floor.

So, if you are only getting air out of the floor this would mean the defrost actuator is most likely the issue.

So, if it were me, I would be replacing this one that I am attaching below.

Please run through this and let me know what you find with this, and we can go from there.
