defrost recently only started blowing out cold?

My wife’s car listed above the defrost recently only started blowing out cold air, but the vents are blowing warm air. Checked coolant levels, checked motor and resistor, ran codes, nothing popped up. Engine is not overheating, the only thing I haven’t really checked is the thermostat. Also, there are no noticeable leaks from anywhere.

So, if the vents or blowing warm then the heater core is getting hot, it must be a blend door actuator for the heater and air conditioning control cam that has one bad. here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
