Dashboard lights are out, warning lights, ABS in orange, brake in red?

My dash shows the following warning lights - ABS in orange, brake in red (my parking brake is off) the little green car that means car is on - except when I turn off the ignition the little green car now stays on. Also, the tire pressure warning light is on in yellow and ABS brakes shows light for on and for off both are yellow. The dashboard is very dark, I can't see the fuel, or leaves or any of the other gauges. When I was driving the car the speedometer never registered any speed at all.

It sounds like the instrument cluster is going out. To be sure we need to do a CAN (controller area network) scan which scan which is easy to do to confirm the problem. You can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00. here is a video to show you how. I have included the instructions on how to change the IPC (instrument panel cluster) out in the images below in case the problem is confirmed by the CAN scan. You can find a rebuilt IPC by searching google or Ebay.
