When idling for more than 10 minutes every single one of my dashboard lights will come on and the car will shut off?

It will take a few tries to get it to turn over and start again, when it does all the lights turn off, but my RPMs will stay at 0. Even when I start driving the RPMs will stay at 0. After turning the car off for a while and leaving it, everything will go back to normal.

It sounds like the IPC is going out but to be sure let's run a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
