Dashboard is blank?

Yes, if the battery is dead, you will have this problem, if the battery is original then it is over 5 years old and needs replacement. I would remove the battery and have it tested at the auto parts store. Here is a guide to help walk you through and instructions in the images below for your car:

I pulled these codes off one tester...fml...U01B0...P1101...P3051.. P3055...U0100...U0422...no dash lights ...no instruments cluster...no GPS ...no radio...no heat/AC...

U0422 - Invalid Data Received from Body Control Module (BCM):

Was this car in a flood or in an accident? I would check all fuses, this guide can help, and I have included the fuse locations in the images below.

I replaced the battery current sensor and the battery and now my car won't start, dash still no illumination. no GPS, no radio, no AC, and no heat. water intrusion from third brake light. There was water in my spare tire reservoir. I drained and wiped it dry and when I replaced the battery, I cleaned the corrosion off the battery tray and then installed a new battery and replaced battery current sensor. still no luck.

If you replaced the battery currant sensor you need to program the volatile memory. This is how in the images below

Also, I would turn the ignition system on and then start checking fuses, also check the battery ground, you have lost a major part of the electrical system.

Yep, I would try that first, but is still seems like there are some power issues we are not seeing, did you check the fuse panels for power when the systems are on? Did you got over the instructions in the post above?

No that is something I have not done but somebody did mention to me that I could be the fuse box I'm not too sure though because I don't have any AC or anything like that but then also the fuse box that's in the engine that's just for the engine function and the other fuse box that's in the dash and the inside of the car that's the one that's for the all the auxiliary stuff so I don't really know because I can't touch the auxiliary battery is like unreachable and you're not supposed to take that one out of the car so I really don't know so I'm going to get a bi-directional diagnostic tester and see if I can reset the battery management system and if all else fails then I'm just going to have to get it towed Chevrolet somehow.

Yep, something strange is going on or there is a fuse that is blown somewhere, please let me know what they find, I am interested :)

I cried my eyes out today when I put the bi-directional scanner in my car. I originally had a regular ODB scanner, and it only said six codes today it said 16. I'm completely devastated, and I really don't know what to do at this point. I really don't want to have to bring my car to the scrap yard because I absolutely love my car, I don't know what to do.

I would not bring the car to the scrap yard. The problem can be something simple. I would use the test light to see what does not have power in the fuse panel.
