The link you provided is of old shape of Honda Fit mine is of new shape.

2 - Vehicle approaching warning system - OFF.
3 - Windshield wiper deicing grid.
4 - Headlamp angling control system ( automatic leveling).

It should have a menu to select if it is on or off. It may be connected with the stability control as part of the safety systems. The complete system includes a radar unit in the grille and a camera mounted in the inside rear view mirror. Things like window tint strips, highway pass units or things hanging off the mirror could block the camera and cause an error. Or if you installed a front protector on the nose which could block the radar unit would also shut it off.
