The whole dash is not working. Everything on my car is working perfectly but only my dash lights and gauges don't work why?

This vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.
If this happened all at once, chances are it is an electrical issue. Not having schematics or fuse box info, I can't be specific. However, check fuse boxes both under the hood and the dash to see if any are blown.
If you are checking specific fuses to the dash, make sure that in addition to the fuse being good, there is power to and from the fuse. Here is a link you may find helpful:
