Hello, I have a Nissan Navara d40 and only recently had my parking brake light, battery light and my airbag light blinking on and off and today the abs light came on. I stopped and couldn't start it again as it drained the battery. My friend tried to use a diagnostic, but no faults codes.

The first thing to do is charge and test the battery and once you have a confirmed good battery, have the charging system tested.

The battery light is NOT an indication of a bad battery. It indicates the battery is not being recharged.

I understand as the battery drained . So you think it could be alternator or voltage regulator not allowing the battery to recharge? I'm only asking as I do not have a way to test it. If I can get a rough idea then I can see if my warranty will cover it.

That's not a vehicle we have in the US, but most vehicles have the regulator built into the alternator anyway. You need to do some testing before assuming the alternator is bad simply because a light is on.
