While replacing the overhead interior light the dash lights turned off and will not turn back on?

Dash lights went off and won't turn back on while I was trying to replace overhead interior lamp.

It sounds like you popped a fuse when doing the repair, did you see a small spark when doing the overhead interior lamp repair? Here is a guide to help check the fuses, please test them with the key on.
