Dash light

My dash lights work fine. But the information window in the middle goes out I can see a faint light of the letters. Sometimes if you hit the top of the dash it will come on and then go off again.

Unfortunately, it sounds like the cluster has an issue on the circuit board that is causing the dimming of the panel.

This is not uncommon when they fail so I would suggest we replace it.

However, if you can get a video or picture of what this is doing then that may help with confirming the issue.

Due to hitting the dash to get it to work is also a key indicator.

So, let's start with all this and we can go from there.
