Dash information center not working?

I have noticed the left side of my dash information center does not illuminate but I hear a beep or ding sound sometimes and I’m assuming it’s that side. Is it a fuse? Picture included for reference.

I have seen the cluster go out and cause this, but we should check the fuses first. This guide can help, and I have included the fuse location in the images below for clarification. Please check the fuses with the key on.

If the fuses are good, you should do a CAN scan which will help you by showing the codes.
You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is how to change out the cluster, you can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
