I cannot switch to all dash vents?

More flows out the floor vents, I'd say 75% floor and 25% dash, when I switch between dash and floor/dash blend nothing changes.

I found the hot/cold blend actuator but cannot find the one I am referring to.

Hi,

I believe you are referring to the mode door actuator. It is responsible for airflow direction.

If you look below, I attached the directions for replacing it. Once you replace it, it will require calibration. The last two pics are the directions for doing it. Note that pic 3 is if you have a scan tool to recalibrate. If you don't, go to pic 4.
