Since there are so many different things being affected, chances are you have a faulty ground. I located the grounds for the instrument panel, lights, and radio, and all are located under the dash.
I attached some pics of the wiring schematic below. You will be looking for a black wire with a white tracer. See what you are able to find and follow them to where they are attached to the body of the vehicle. Confirm the connection is tight and clean, and not damaged.
The last pic shows the location of the ones I would recommend checking first. If you noticed on the wiring schematic, there are two that I highlighted, G210 and G203. The last pic gives you a general location where they are located. If they appear okay, shake them to see if you can cause the lights/radio to act up.
