parking brake, airbag, EPC, and DRL warning lights turned on?

In the cold morning when i start my car after few minutes, my dash light of the warning of the parking brake, airbag, epc,drl. i pull over, turned off the car and restarted it again, it not on. what can cause this?

It sounds like the dash module is going out and restarting the process resets the module. To be sure we should do a CAN scan you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00.
