2000 Daewoo nubria No brake lights and wont shift out of park. Replaced the switch with 3 different ones but still no lights or shifting put of park unless I put the key in the slot next to the shifter

Check the EF24 fuse 15amp in the engine compartment fuse/relay box, fuse no.5 and 9 10amp in the passenger fuse box.

All the fuses are good. I don't have a number 9 inside the car and the 5 is for the radio. I don't have ABS
