2000 Daewoo Matiz Engine not Shut off after ignition switch

Dear Sir,

I have Dewoo Matiz car, from last 2 days we have facing below mentioned problem
Kindly give the solution for the same.
1) Engine not Shut off after ignition switch off.
2) parking light always on when engine is running condition
3) dash board light always on when engine is running condition (i.e. speedometer light etc.)
4) fuel meter malfuntioning
5) fuel pump getting start when ignition is on and engine shut off.
6) milage are very poor 160Kms/20 Ltr.
