Suspension problem
1999 Daewoo Lanos 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I just got new struts & shocks put on my car & now I have a funny noise coming from the back passenger side near or around wheel area. It sounds like a wrench bouncing around in a cardboard box. I took it back where I go it fixed & they told me it wasnt anything they did. That I had an old car & sometimes they just make noise. Any suggestions what it might be.

Its it a thumping sound when you accelerate after 20mph?
Chances are the your wheel bearings may of have been place wrong. Heres what you can do to check if it is. Lift the car up with your car jack and when the tire is up off the ground try to push the tire. If it feels loose and it moves in and out then you need to have them look at the wheel bearings. They could be wrongly placed or just worn out already and need to be replaced.
