Hi, please tell me what the complications will be if I would fit the cylinder head of a Daewoo Matiz, 0.8 liter engine on a Chevrolet Spark Lite, 0.8 liter engine?
Thanks,
Bernard

As long as they are the same year it should be a direct bolt on as they are the same vehicle and engine, the first generation S-Tec 3 cylinder.

Thanks for your reply.
It is just that I can't seem to get rid of my P0341 code which tells me that the camshaft sensor is out of range. I have tried a number of thing such as, changing sensors, computer box, camshaft, double checking the crank, camshaft timing and testing the voltage, signal and ground. The signal is definitely not correct. Also, the Daewoo's head comes with 2 rocker shafts and the Chevrolet has one.

Then the head is not the same generation and will not work. That would be the DOHC version which is quite a bit different than the SOHC engine. Where are you testing the signal? At the sensor or at the ECU? Have you checked the sensors install depth? Some are very touchy in the depth of install and will send odd signals if not correct. I would also be sure to only use an OEM sensor as some of the aftermarket parts are not reliable.
