Truck running rough, no power, and very shaky

Since this is all on one bank I suspect you have either a fuel delivery issue on that bank or a compression issue. It is unlikely to be a spark plug, coil, or injector as those are separate for each cylinder. Unless you recently replaced any of those on each cylinder of just this bank. If not I suspect a compression related issue.
