Cylinder two misfire detected

Number two cylinder is under the intake manifold. majority of the time the ignition coil is what fails. Sometimes a bad plug or fuel injector will fail also. Since you have the code reader, clear the code. Remove the intake manifold and remove the number two coil and swap it number four. Remove the number two spark plug and swap it with number five and remove number two fuel injector and swap it with number six injector.

Attached image so you can get an idea. If number four misfires after then the coil is bad. If number five misfires then the spark plug is bad. If number six misfires then the fuel injector is bad. If number two still misfires then you will need to do a compression test of all cylinders.

For the most part I believe the ignition coil will be the likely cause of the misfire. Let us know what you find.

Okay thank you. I have another question so what does it mean when check engine light flashes on then stays on but when I turned off vehicle then turned it on hour later light not on anymore and still is not on?

When the light flashes it is warning you that you have a severe misfire to damage the catalytic converter. Steady light means codes are posted.
