cutting out, steering and gas pedal hard

I start the car it cuts off so I have to rev the engine a little. After sitting for 20 mins once I try to take it out if park it cuts out, and if it doesn't cut out it's hard to press the gas pedal and the steering seems to be a little difficult.

check belt and tensioner as both should be replaced at 60k for steering. check for binding of pedal and cable if you have one. then check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it.
