It's cutting out and making a popping noise in the breather system sounds like. when I unplugged the round sensor think by the intake it will stop.

This sounds like a misfire that is firing back through the intake. This could be a burnt valve but if you are saying that when you unplug a sensor it stops, it may be the PCM causing it. However, we need to get more detail about what the sensor that you are unplugging is. Can you take a picture of it and send it over so I can try to identify it?
Also, check and see if there are codes in the computer because that will help point us in the right direction.
