The gages aren't working and now my steering wheel wont turn the tires like it's stuck.

Hi,
First, I need you to check three fuses. See the attached pics for fuse identification. In addition to simply checking the fuse, confirm there is power to and from it. Also, check the cluster fuse as well (pic 2). Pic 3 shows fuse locations.
