No crank, no start

No crank. No start. When turn key, relay clicks. New starter. Battery charged.
Removed left kick panel. Found Loose LED light on wire hidden behind kick panel is flashing. No idea what this is.

Also, the p and d4 lights are on at same time when trying to start. Will not start in neutral either.
Help please!

It sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm in the car which has cut power. Can you confirm? Let me know and take pictures of what you are talking about so I can see.
