Overheating even after replacing a lot of components?

Hi there! The engine keeps overheating and losing coolant (no coolant leak).

I have replaced the thermostat, water pump, turbo, and fan.

I was wondering if a bad ECT sensor could make the engine heat to the point where the coolant is boiling and spitting out?

I know that I have to replace the crank seal because I'm losing a little bit of oil, is that related as well?

That isn't a good sign, losing coolant and overheating are classic signs of a bad head gasket. I would pressure test the cooling system, then use a combustion gas test.

See if it passes both. You could also pull the spark plugs; they should be a tan-brown color. If you find one or more that are very clean or look glazed, it's the head gasket.
