Any dash lights on? Do they all come on when you first turn on the key?
To check the systems you would need a good professional level scan tool or a shop with one. It would show you the various modules and you can test them. There is not a "crash module", there is an SRS module but it should not cause the other issues. It basically has impact sensors that trip and deploy the airbags.

In your case it seems like you have some bad wiring or damaged items.

Cigar lighter is fuse 12. and it also powers pin 16 on the data link connector. Check there for power. If it has power check the center pin of the lighter for battery power.

Do you have roof marker lights? are they working? Radio works?
These share a ground with the cruise and 4X4 systems.

Beyond that a good visual inspection of the wiring and testing of the fuses might yield results. Use a test light with a good ground to test each fuse, I have had more than one that looked fine that was actually bad.

Yes all lights work on roof, but they do not come on auto just when I turn them on. all other dash lights look okay. I do not have power to 4x4 switch, radio is good. tested all fuses with good test light have no power to cigarette lighter. could it be my PCM? And how do I get a key switch out of a column with no key? I need to replace my column. my arm is broken that works my switch?

Not likely the PCM. Most of the "bad" circuits are powered or grounded through circuits that are working for other items.

You have a bad ignition switch? That could be the reason for loss of power to other systems if the switch is not getting to the correct position or has a bad contact.

Without a key it is a bear to remove the cylinder. You might call a locksmith about cutting you one, it would make it much easier.
