Okay. I have the Solus myself. Really those are all good tools you should be able to do the relearn.
However, because the oil light is on you will not be able to complete the re-learn. You also will not be able to complete it if you have any other P codes.
So, you need to get the low oil level light off. You said that you replaced the Oil Pressure Sensor and the Oil Level Sensor. But the low oil light remains. You do have a lot of miles on that engine I am wondering if your bearing clearances are too far apart causing you to lose enough oil pressure to turn the light on and that is what is keeping the re-learn from completing successfully.
A wiring issue or a faulty sensor is another possibility. A new sensor can be faulty right out the box.
What is your scanner saying for oil pressure?
What is the condition of the oil?
How long ago was it replaced?
My suggestion is to start with the oil itself. I would change the oil and the filter. I use Castrol High Mileage 5w30 in my 6.0 LQ9 and it's at 228k, I am at about 40 psi at idle. Mobil 1 5w30 is good too and cheaper but both meet the oil standards set by GM so I would stick with one or the other. Use a good filter too, K&N or Fram or AC Delco are good options. I think this is a good place to start so at the very least we can rule it out as a possibility. Your vehicle takes 6 quarts.
Check the oil pressure by viewing the data on the scan tool before and after the oil change so we can see if anything changes.
I would also check for any oil leaks especially oil cooler lines and the cooler itself.
