Crankshaft sensor codes

So, I have replaced the crankshaft and camshaft sensors a few times. The first couple of times it has been aftermarket parts and the last time it was supposedly OEM parts from a local dealership parts department. It keeps throwing the code for both, so I reset codes and waited for the check engine light to come on and it was immediate after clearing and then restarting engine. Now it is just the crankshaft code that popped up first. Do I need to do a reprogramming step or just pull the negative and let it sit an hour to reset? Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.
