What is your fuel pressure now and how quickly does it come up to regulated pressure?

It goes up to about 60 then right back down to 0...the pump runs for about two seconds . I checked the connectors to fuel pressure sensor too

You need to determine where that pressure is leaking off to, whether the pump is letting it siphon back into the tank of is it leaking at the injector into the engine. You can do that by pinching off the feed hose quickly after building pressure but be careful not to pinch plastic hoses. Look for a rubber section if it has one.
