Codes P0011 and P0014?

I have 2 codes that have come up. One is a P0011 intake camshaft position timing over-advanced bank 1, and the other is a P0014 exhaust camshaft position system performance. For the P0011 code I replaced the sensor and it's still coming up after clearing the code. What else could it be? For the P0014 code how do you know if it is a sensor or the actuator valve? And how do you know which one since there are two for the exhaust?

Yep, it sounds like the oil control valve is stuck open, here is the location of the valve so you can change it out, also please make sure the engine oil is clean and full.

P0011: "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)
P0014: "B" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance (Bank 1)

The p0011 code says for intake bank 1 the p0014 says for exhaust performance doesn't say what bank. Should I just change out both actuators for intake bank 1 and exhaust bank 1?
