Cranks wont start

Replaced oil pump.. Wont start now didnt do anything else .. I checked the timing. Spark. Fuel .compression. All checked out fine truvk ran great when parked .. Only took a week to get the pump so i had the battery out for the week it was on trickle charge till i replaced the pump then now it just cranks but wont start... Any ideas anyone?

Well just went out to try an start it with a little starter fluid its poping out of throttle body .. I dont know but if its doin that im thinkin bent valve or valves not closing all the way

checkfor a valve problem like bent pushrod if pushrod engine or follower fell off if overhead cam

it's not a complete pic but looks like overhead cam. check compression on all cylinders.

There is alot of play in this chain i believe a tentener has broke on rite side

if there is a lot of slop in it I imagine so. hopefully it didn't damage anything in motor. that is an interference motor so check for bent valves.

Its sounds like the distributor is off, did you get the problem fixed?
