Cranks flutters shuts off

I can crank my car over but it will not stay running it will flutter and then shuts off. At first I thought it was the fuel pump but I checked my voltage voltage is good feel pressure is strong. There is a fuse that keeps blowing in under hood relay block, but I cannot find a diagram for a fuse it is.

Hello,

Can I ask if the security light is flashing? If not let's check the spark because it sounds like you may have a crankshaft angle sensor that is out. We should run the codes as well.
