Cranks but will not turn over, no spark no fuel

So I did an engine swap and and everything else including dash everything was working fine before the swap. it is now in a econovan. have checked relays, ECU, spark plugs fuel pump and pressure fuses battery. any ideas I can check next? it's like there is no power but it turns on cranks but wont a start. could it be wiring somewhere? also has had a manual conversion. but note it was working before the engine swap. any help or ideas? thanks
