Cranks but will not start

I have changed the spark plug wires, the ignition control module, the cool packs, the crank position sensor, and the ECU. It has not jump time, but it still will not start.

Two questions. (1) Have you checked the spark strength? (2) Have you measured the fuel pressure?

How to check fuel pressure: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator - I'm also attaching a screenshot of GM's test procedure instructions for this car. It calls for a pressure reading of 38-44 psi with the key on, and engine off. You can borrow a fuel pressure test gauge from AutoZone with a refundable deposit.

It also would not be a bad idea to check your fuses and relays before testing sparks and fuel pressure. The information concerning the under hood junction block and the instrument panel fuse box is also attached in the images. In particular, look at the fuses for ECM or PCM, INJ, F pump, and IGN. A blown fuse here could definitely keep your car from doing much.
