Jump-started car accidentally reversed polarity.
This blew main power fuse.
jumper leads were left on for five minutes.
The fusible link was replaced, all other fuses okay. EfI relay okay. Cranks has fuel injection no spark. Has twelve volts to coil, earth, five volts ref and earth.
The obd11 codes on engine ECU scan
1300,1310,1315. cleared codes check system okay. Crank codes returned.
immobilizer scan ok.
Full system scan returned fault codes:
P1305,p1310,p1315,p1656,c1600,P0513.p1013,p1500,Poo13,p0013.
all codes can be cleared successfully, under cranking they all return.
Because of the reversed polarity jump-start and the P0513 code and the multitude of other codes appearing a decision was made to fit a second-hand ECU with transponder and reader.
after installing the codes came back after cranking. Again because of the code key miss match I called a locksmith to verify the transponder and reader were working. The transponder was being read.
It is not known how many of these codes were being thrown up before jump starting but the car was reportedly running fine. Since another ECU with integrated immobilizer is now in place I am ruling out this as the problem.
Any guidance or assistance with this issue would be appreciated.

Okay, please clear all codes and then turn the key on without cranking the engine and see what codes come up. That way we can see the hard codes with subsequent codes.

Codesy can be cleared but all return under cranking.
If the scan tool is set to read live data the codes start to appear under cranking within a couple of seconds.
Cheers

Yes what codes are in the system without cranking is what I am getting at. We need to see what the computer sees wrong with just the key on not cranking. Please clear the codes and retest.

All codes can be cleared and do not return until the engine is cranked

It sounds like an ignition coil is shorted out because of the codes you are getting. Here is a guide to help you check each one.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-ignition-system

Try unplugging one at a time to see if you can get it to start. It will miss but at least you will know which coil is shorted.

Please let us know what happens.
