When I put the pulley back on the car how many foot pounds do I torque the bolt to and do have to get a new bolt for the pulley? I read somewhere that the bolt is hard to find is that true? Thank you for answering my questions.

Hello,

The crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer bolt needs to be torqued at 111 ft. lbs.
It is not required to replace the bolt.

Keep in mind that after installing a new crank sensor, it will need to be programmed or a relearning process must be performed.

I have attached the complete replacement procedure including all the torque specifications and the re-learn below.

Let me know of any questions.

Thank you.

The relearning process of the crank sensor requires few steps. Take a look at the images #6 and #7 for the process.
