These are camshaft correlation codes, so it has nothing to do with the crankshaft sensor. These codes show up when the engine oil needs to be changed, the camshaft oil control valve or actuator goes bad, or when the timing chains and guides need to be replaced.

P0017: Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation (Bank 1 Sensor B)

P0014: Exhaust Camshaft Position Timing - Over-Advanced (Bank 1)

Do you hear engine rattling noise when the engine is idling? Can you upload a short video so I can hear it? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. Change the oil and filter if it needs it first and then clear the codes and let me know how it goes.

I changed the crank shaft position actuator on the exhaust side, along with cam shaft sensor and crankshaft sensor. It is running better but still idles hard when at a stop light only. Once in motion it runs fine. The oil change will be the next step in this.

Sounds good, let me know. Does the engine make a slight rattling sound at idle?

New update oil has been changed. Still rough idle, cleared the codes and they came back. The idle is not as rough as it was but little car sounds cammed. While driving its its fine no power loss or difference just when you stop at a light or stop sign it idles rough like the video. Also the brakes are different ever since it broke down. The pedal feels stiffer.

Yep, it sounds like the timing chain has jumped and now the engine has low vacuum. This is why the brakes are not working as well. Here are the timing marks if you want to install a new chain, tensioner and guides. This is the only way to get the engine codes to go away and for the engine to run correctly. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
