Engine shuts off while driving and is hard to restart

My car with crossfire injection will shut off after a little driving then will not start until sometimes 30 minutes to 4 or 5 hours. I have replaced fuel pump and filter, and fuel pump relay and checked all fuses, not sure what else to do. Help!

I have seen the engine coolant sensor cause this issue but we should run the codes first. I have also included a guide to help as well.
