Crank no start, no spark after the battery drained?

It was running fine then ran the battery down and the next morning, no start. Tried starting fluid, nope, fuses nope. New distributor and plugs, new crank sensor,

Is the security light flashing when you try to crank the engine over? If so, this is the problem because the computer will cut the ignition when in security mode. This guide can help us reset the system:

You can try a hard reboot which is done by removing the negative side of the battery, with the cable loose from the negative side of the battery, hold it to the positive terminal for 1 minute this will discharge the memory capacitors in the BCM and PCM allowing the system to reboot.

It’s not security and did the hard reboot too. I’m thinking ground fault on ecm or bad ecm. Soon as I get a helper I’ll check if crank sensor is sending signal but it has power and ground. No signal at Icm or coil

So, the engine has no spark, correct? Can you hear the fuel pump come on in the tank when you turn the key on? Here is the engine/PCM wiring diagrams so you can check the grounds and see how the system works:
