Crank no start

Looks like you have a couple issues. Just looking at some of the C codes and a few of them are pointing to an internal failure of the Electronic Brake Control Module. Unfortunately the only fix for this is to replace it. I attached the info for this below.

However, this will not cause the engine to not start. So we need to find out if we have spark so, we need to pull a plug and hold it against the block and see if there is spark.

As for the other codes like the ECT circuit high, that would not prevent the start either.

So we just need to rule out the basics. Sounds like you ruled out the fuel with ether but we need to check spark and then check the compression and just make sure that is okay.

Forgot to put in post no fuel to the spark plugs. the're dry and you can smell fuel after cranking. fuel does come out of fuel rail just not sure on pressure. hooked up heaver ground engine to firewall and firewall to battery when the truck was running it had barely any power when I pulled the fuel injectors out, they were full of sludge and rust. I replaced the fuel rail because the other rail had a crack in it around the fuel regulator is all rust the only thing I have not changed on the truck are the coils.

Not sure I am following. It sounds like you are ruling out fuel but you said you had no fuel to the spark plugs. So you mean you have no spark at this point? Pull out a plug and hold it against the block then crank the engine and make sure there is a spark. If not then clearly we need to chase this down. It could be a coil issue but I would suggest we find out for sure there is no spark.
