Crank no start, where is the fuel pump relay located?

It is a non-replaceable part of the smart fuse box under the hood. You say it cranks but doesn't start? You might want to look at the service bulletin I attached.
I would also try using some starting fluid and see if it will fire on that. If not, then it may not be fuel related.
