Could it be a ecm problem

Took out neutral safety switch to clean put back together started car went through all gears back up lights work, but car shows a check gearbox light and car seems to be in limp home mode.

Sorry my stupidy acting up again I forgot to align my neutral safety switch took it out again put it in correctly and car fine in all gears gear light went out car runs fine. Thank you
