Cost of rebuilding the van?

I am looking to purchase the vehicle listed above 2500 for a conversion camper. I am aiming to essentially "rebuild" the van, replace all the old janky parts in order to make it run as if it were new. I am wondering what the worst case scenario price would be vs. the best case scenario.
