The fix is to replace the fender garnish. You would order a replacement from a dealer or see if a pull it yard has one. Then you use a trim tool to pry the old one off and snap the replacement in its place. A body shop would be the place for that. The problem is that it's a textured plastic. Not something that is easy to duplicate. What you can do to hide it at least would be to take a heat gun or a hair drier and some mineral oil. Wipe the area off to remove any loose material, now use the heat gun on the scratched area and the heat should pull some of the plasticizer to the surface and make the gray area turn darker. Once you get it to the right color, apply a wipe of the oil and then wipe off the oil. The idea is that the oil will even out the color some. It won't be perfect, but it might hide it enough. The other option is to replace the panel.

Well the main part ( 87712-J9NA0 ) is around $100 depending on the source and it takes about a half hour to change it.
Then you have the small spot on the front bumper cover. I cannot tell how bad that is in the picture and there are a few options for that part. 86510-J9CC0-AS is the part number for it.

You're welcome. There is always the option of buying the parts and putting them on yourself, both are basically snap on parts. However, the bumper cover is a bit of work as you have to remove the pieces from the old one, then install them on the new one before you install it. But there might also be a way to make your Kona different, Maybe look at aftermarket bumper covers and see if they make something you like better?
