When applying the clutch and the brakes while coming to a stop it revs high

we have no information on this car as it is not sold in US. but scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge and check for a vacuum leak. also, clean throttle plate and IAC hole with choke cleaner on both sides. See link for fuel pressure test.
