Engine overheating

How do I know what is causing my truck to overheat? I have inspected for leaks rips cracks and have not found no problems. I have changed my radiator cap due to a crack seal, but I was told it can be my fan clutch. How can I make sure if it is my fan clutch that is bad or not? The only thing I notice with my fan clutch and fan running while the engine running is that I could to stop the fan with my bare hands is that supposed to happened?

You should not be able to stop the fan with your hands. I would do the fan clutch and also check for w blown head gasket because these engine are famous for it. Here are two guides to help us see whats going on:
