Cooling fans only come on with A/C and when temperture sensor is unplugged?

Which post are you talking about do you have the URL? The PCM controls the cooling fans FYI, I would run the codes to see is nay are stored. This can tell use what's going on, you may have a bad PCM or is needs to be re-flashed. Also, I would check the main fan ground which is located at the right front body mount core support.
