I have the vehicle listed above Touring model. My cooling fan needs to be replaced. I got a 2005 Honda Pilot cooling fan, is it compatible?

Hello,
From what I can tell the fans may not be compatible. They seem to have different connectors and mounting points.
Keep in mind even if the fans are physically the same, they can have different part numbers which could mean that the replacement fan may or may not have the proper air flow rate.
You might want to call your local Acura/Honda dealer and get the OEM part number and see if they are the same for both.
