Where is the cooling fan control module located?

Sure, the fan control module is on the radiator fan shroud near the fan motor. here is an image of its location in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

It is part of the fan assembly, if you look at the fan you will see it attached to the back of the cooling fan motor. It is serviced as a part of the fan assembly.
What are your symptoms? The modules are usually pretty reliable, but the wiring isn't as robust.
